噴涂廢水主要來(lái)自于預(yù)脫脂、脫脂、表調(diào)、磷化、鈍化等車身前處理工序;陰極電泳工序和中涂、噴面漆工序，汽車涂裝廢水中含有樹(shù)脂、表面活性劑、重金屬離子、顏料等污染物，特別是其中的電泳廢水、噴漆廢水成份復(fù)雜，濃度高，可生化性差。噴涂廢水處理主要采用分質(zhì)處理、混凝沉淀、混凝氣浮、砂濾等工藝對(duì)噴涂廢水進(jìn)行處理。
噴涂廢水處理的特征:①噴涂廢水處理種類多，水質(zhì)因使用的材料而異，僅脫脂液就有多種配方、涂料種類則更多。②排放無(wú)規(guī)律，除部分水洗水連續(xù)溢流排放外，噴涂線廢水或廢液多為間歇集中排放。③水質(zhì)水量變化大，無(wú)規(guī)律可循。
噴涂廢水處理方法: (1)物理處理法。有分離法、過(guò)濾法、離心分離法等。(2)化學(xué)處理法。有中和法、凝聚法、氧化還原法等。

Spraying wastewater treatment method: 1) physical treatment. There are separation method, filtration method, centrifugalseparation method and chemical treatment method. There are neutralization method, coagulation method, redox method and soon.
